Welcome to Mississippi Actress Melanie C. Benton's Site

A bit about Mississippi Actress "Mel" Melanie C. Benton - (aka) "Melanie D. Calvert," "Dahlia Patton," is a retired respiratory care practitioner who now works with her first loves - acting, photography, and writing. Melanie has always had an interest in actors and actresses, as well as performing arts. After watching many top movies, she wondered if she had what it took to be an actress, but didn't know how to be an actor. There were no acting schools nearby, or film agencies, or even acting agents. She did attend as many film festivals as she could and eventually acquired an agent. Now she has two agents and things are looking up.

Mel's Quotes: "Nobody puts Baby in the corner" and "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn."
